Manatee killed by a 17 years old boy in bayelsa state

Man has full dominion on all other creatures thereby placing a full authority into his hands to govern and take control of the creatures. A news has been reported that Ebitari Ikiokimi, an old 17-year-old boy killed a marine monster called "Manatee" at the Ofoni-Touru fishing camp in the Kolokuma Opokuma Local Government Area of Bayelsa . Ebitari is a young fisher born and raised at the fishing camp. Mr. Perez Ikiokimi, Ebitari's father, has been fishing in the fishing camp over 30 years. The kid has learned from his father a lot of fishing skills most especially how to use nets, hooks, traps and other fishing equipment.

Ebitari used the huge woven net of fishing floats owned by his father on Monday morning in order to capture the sea monster he saw. He went to check later in the evening but noticed that the net didn't exist anymore. The manatee escaped with the web, he had tried to trace it all but without success. He returned home and told his dad about it. The father and son went back to the net on Tuesday morning, yesterday. After spending horses in the river, father told his son to leave the net, but the kid insisted that without the net and the sea monster, he will never return. Mr. Perez therefore argued that they are returning home.

Ebitari left the house this morning at approximately 9 am without telling his father about his catch. He gradually followed the creeks to a certain location in the vicinity of Egbedi river. After a few minutes he saw one of the floats, he said that he bserved the place for a while and then He approached the floater quickly and dragged it and saw that the sea animal was inside.
