Delta's First Ever Arts and Tourism event Warri Arts Festival (WAF) Opens Their Door To All Creative.

WARRI ARTS FESTIVAL is a art and tourism event created to cause a positive shit if the mind of the public on view the creative space in the city of Warri, Nigeria. The event is organized by the Dexodus theatre house and her partner God's own theatre (GOT)

The festival was first held with the title A’far 2019 and it is billed to happen annually following the state celebration anniversary.  It is held at the outdoor and indoor of Warri metropolis and it's brings different performing and creative artists from around the state to convene in Warri, Delta State. The Festival activities include but are not limited to performances, workshops, and memorial site visits.



This year’s festival titled kpakam 2020 is designed to build on the success of A’far 2019 and ensure that the festival offers unforgettable experiences to all stakeholders; audience, producers, performers, volunteers and everyone that will come in contact with the festival in any way. Not up to 48 hours after the death of Abba ky ari who was said  to have contracted the novel coronavirus when he visited Germany early march, lot of social media users have been joyful upon hearing the news and also wishing for other political leaders to go the same way as Abba Kyari, this was so shocking to cherishedminds as the country people who should have been in grieve for loosing the chief of staff to her president are in no way moved by the sad news... Let's not forget that irrespective of political affluence, Abba kyari had families , friends and loved ones who weren't ready for the lost... Now my big question is! What's your take on this?
